- Usage data: Features used, login frequency, conversation volumes, appointment counts

Information From Your Leads
- Lead contact data: Name, phone number, email address as provided by the lead through your connected sources
- Conversation data: SMS and email messages exchanged between Alex (our AI) and your leads
- Appointment data: Dates, times, and service types booked through the system
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send automated messages on your behalf to your leads
- Schedule appointments on your connected calendar
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related communications (onboarding emails, usage reports, billing notices)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or your leads' information to third parties, use your lead data to market to your leads on our behalf, or share lead conversation data with other LeadCatch clients.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Google (calendar integration), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- With your consent: For any purpose you explicitly authorize.
4. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
- Closed accounts: Lead conversation data is retained for 90 days after account closure, then permanently deleted. Account and billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Lead magnet signups: Email addresses collected through our website are retained until you unsubscribe.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials (API keys, tokens), access controls limiting employee access to customer data, and regular security reviews of third-party integrations. No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
