Data Opt-Out & Privacy Requests

Use this page to opt out of data collection by LeadCatch, LLC, or to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. This covers everyone we may hold data on: business owners we've contacted, roofing-company clients, and homeowners whose calls or messages were handled by our service on a contractor's behalf.
What happens when you opt out
- Your contact information is added to a permanent do-not-contact (suppression) list so we never contact you again.
- Personal information we hold about you is deleted, except the minimal record needed to honor the suppression itself or records we must keep by law (e.g., billing records).
- If your data was processed on behalf of one of our roofing-contractor clients, we refer the request to that contractor and support them in honoring it.

This opens an email to inquiry@leadcatch.homes from your own mail app — nothing is stored by this page. We verify and complete requests within 30 days (or sooner where state law requires) and confirm by reply. Prefer not to use the form? Email us directly, or reply "unsubscribe" to any email / text STOP to any message from us.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
