Data Opt-Out & Privacy Requests

Use this page to opt out of data collection by LeadCatch LLC, or to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. This covers everyone we may hold data on: business owners we've contacted, roofing-company clients, and homeowners whose calls or messages were handled by our service on a contractor's behalf.
What happens when you opt out
- Your contact information is added to a permanent do-not-contact (suppression) list, and we stop contacting you. The suppression has no expiry date and is never aged out, pruned, or cleared when our lists are rebuilt. The only messages you may still receive from us are a reply confirming this request, or a reply to a message you send us yourself.
- Personal information we hold about you is deleted within 30 days, except the minimal record needed to honor the suppression itself (so the opt-out keeps working) and records we are required to keep by law — for example billing and tax records, which we retain for 7 years.
- If your data was processed on behalf of one of our roofing-contractor clients, we refer the request to that contractor and support them in honoring it.
Submit a request
This opens an email to inquiry@leadcatch.homes from your own mail app — nothing is stored by this page. A request to stop contacting you is honored on receipt, and in no case later than 10 business days — the deadline federal CAN-SPAM sets for an opt-out. Requests to access, correct, or delete data are verified and completed within 30 days, or sooner where state law requires. Either way we confirm by reply. Prefer not to use the form? Email us directly, or reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us.
Stopping text messages — the fastest route
You do not need this form to stop texts. Reply STOP — or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT — to any text message from us. All eight work, capitalisation and punctuation do not matter, and each one stops messages from us until you ask us to resume.
The opt-out is honored immediately, automatically, on receipt. You receive one confirmation message and nothing after it. The suppression is recorded against your phone number itself, so it stops messages from LeadCatch's own business lines and from any roofing company's line we operate — not just the number you replied to. The only way to start receiving messages again is to reply START, UNSTOP, or RESUBSCRIBE yourself; nothing else re-subscribes you, and we never re-subscribe a number on our own initiative.

Your rights
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
