Refund Policy

30-Day Appointment Guarantee

If LeadCatch AI does not deliver at least one qualified booked appointment within the first 30 days of system go-live (when all client obligations below are met), Client receives a full refund of the monthly retainer paid for that month. This is the sole remedy available under this guarantee. We further guarantee every new lead is contacted within 60 seconds and followed up 7 times.

A qualified appointment means a confirmed calendar visit where the lead passed all five criteria: (1) homeowner owns or controls the repair decision, (2) confirmed visible roof issue, (3) agreed to a specific date and time on your calendar, (4) within your service area, (5) not a pure price-comparison shopper.

Conditions to Qualify for the Refund

To be eligible for the refund, Client must have:

  1. Completed all required onboarding steps within 7 days of signup;
  2. Maintained a connected, active business phone number and Gmail account throughout the 30-day Guarantee Period;
  3. Responded to AI handoff notifications within 24 hours;
  4. Submitted the refund request in writing within 7 days after the end of the 30-day Guarantee Period.

Failure to meet any condition voids the guarantee. The one-time setup fee ($1,000) is non-refundable in all circumstances โ€” it covers the build. A full refund of the monthly retainer is the sole remedy; no partial credits.

How to Request the Refund

  1. Email alex@leadcatch.homes within 7 days after the end of your 30-day Guarantee Period
  2. Include your business name and confirmation that conditions (1)โ€“(4) above were met
  3. We will review your account data and qualification logs within 48 hours
  4. If all conditions are satisfied, your full retainer refund is issued within 5 business days

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and pursue the dispute through Stripe's chargeback resolution process. We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly โ€” email alex@leadcatch.homes first.
