30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If LeadCatch AI does not generate at least $2,997 in demonstrable recovered revenue during your first 30 days of active service, we will refund your first month's payment in full. No questions asked.
How "Demonstrable Recovered Revenue" Is Defined
A lead counts as recovered revenue when all of the following are true:
- The lead submitted an inquiry through one of your connected lead sources
- Alex (our AI) initiated contact within 60 seconds
- The lead engaged in a qualifying conversation
- An appointment was booked on your calendar
- The appointment was confirmed as a new business opportunity (not a duplicate or existing customer)
Revenue is estimated using your reported average job value. We do not require proof of a closed deal โ only proof that LeadCatch generated a new, qualified appointment.
How to Request a Guarantee Refund
- Email dan@leadcatch.homes within 35 days of your first payment
- Include your business name and the reason for the request
- We will review your account data within 48 hours
- If the $2,997 recovered revenue threshold was not met, your refund is processed within 5 business days
Standard Refund Policy (After Month 1)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period after the first month. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no early termination fees.
DFY Installation Add-On ($497)
- The DFY Installation fee is non-refundable once the onboarding call has been completed and the system has been configured.
- If the onboarding call has not yet occurred, you may request a full refund of the installation fee within 7 days of purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and pursue the dispute through Stripe's chargeback resolution process. We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly โ email dan@leadcatch.homes first.
